I have gone back and forth with this data, using a lot of different blending methods and never quite hit the bullseye for my own taste, that was until I came across the NB Color Mapper script that
@Adam Block discussed and gave a tutorial for on YouTube. While it took a little playing to get used to how to work with NB data and this script, it was a wonderful experience when I was finally able to get the colors I wanted to see in this image.

https://www.cosmicphotons.com/pi-scripts/nbcolourmapper/To me, the Eagle data has such a nice intensity across all of the channels, that it would be a shame for them not to all be visible in the resulting image. In this image you will find reddish orange, yellows, greens, blues, and most of those iconic colors from the days of the old Hubble Space Telescope. While not "Hubble Palette" it is a tip of the cap to that era of imaging and results.
If you do decide to try out the NB Color Mapper script, here are the swatches I used:
SII: - Hue: 354.4 Sat: 1.0
HA - Hue: 121.6 Sat: 1.0
OIII - Hue: 194.3 Sat: 1.0
Here are the Histogram Midtone intensities I used:
SII: 0.02
HA: 0.30
OIII: 0.06
